Cooking & Preparation
The food can be cooked either in a pot or a microwave.
For pot cooking, defrost the product and remove the product from pouch in the box. Place product in pot and add 1/3 cup of water. Gently cook over medium heat until heated throughout. Carefully handle the hot product and serve immediately.
For microwave, puncture top film of pouch 3 to 4 times with a knife. Microwave 4 to 4.5 minutes on full heat or hot throughout – do not overcook. Rest for 30
seconds. Carefully remove the hot product from plastic pouch and serve immediately.
